“My children and I had a great time at The Woodlark. The view of the harbour from the patio area was beautiful and the location peaceful (apart from my youngsters running about the place). The facilities and amenities were well thought out, clean and in abundance. I even came away thinking I might have to get me one of these lodges for myself. Thanks to Carrie for a providing a home away from home for the children and I to have some coastal adventures.”

“We had a great 2 night stay here! Lovely location, great view, clean, spotless, everything you needed was there, super dog friendly, host super helpful. “The lodge was beautifully decorated with love and attention and I felt that a lot of things had been thought about to make us feel at home. Beautiful furnishings, soft towels, cosy blankets, deck seating, duck feather p pillows and beautiful soft sheets etc. we felt the lodge was amazing. The park was equally as good with the nature reserve and beach within 10 mins walking. It was picture perfect everything.”

“We loved Woodlark Lodge. We felt completely comfortable with our three children. Thanks to the hillside location of the square, the property has a beautiful view of the sea and is very quiet. It served us as a base for exploring Poole and Bournemouth by bus and Dorset by car. We highly recommend the lodge and would come back any time. Carrie is a great hostess.”

“We had a fantastic stay at Woodlark Lodge. It’s situated in a lovely quiet spot with great views. It’s a proper home from home with cosy blankets for chillier evenings and everything you could need in the kitchen. The decor and furnishings are lovely and comfy and having a four seater sofa for watching TV was perfect. It was pretty much spotless when we arrived and it was lovely having lots of towels and beach towels provided. Our kids appreciated all the TV streaming services and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the sun sets. Lovely touches include a bottle of wine left in the fridge (we didn’t realise it was for us) and having plenty of cleaning products and cloths provided. Carrie answered questions quickly and provided all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Would recommend for a stay in Poole and as a base for exploring Dorset.”
